Returns

We want you to love your Sarah Bates Design products. However, if for any reason you don't, you may return what you've bought within 8 days and we will refund you the cost of the goods (less £25 non refundable deposit on canvases). To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. When returning goods, you are responsible for all postage costs. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. We cannot refund or replace goods that are lost in the post on their way back to us, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them. If your goods are not what you specifically ordered, please call us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to replace them.

Your Privacy

Sarah Bates Design is very conscious of the need to protect your privacy. Your personal details will be used only:

  • To process your orders
  • To help improve the website and its services to you
  • To advise you of new products or special offers that may be of interest to you
All personal information is confidential. It will be kept on a secure server. Sarah Bates Design will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection laws. We will not release your personal information to any company for mailing or marketing purposes.

By purchasing a Sarah Bates Design product you will be deemed to have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed according to English law. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, specification and colours are a realisitic representation of the actual product. However, slight variations may occur in shape, size and colour due to the hand-made nature of the products.

While we aim to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the website, neither Sarah Bates Design nor any directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

All goods remain the property of Sarah Bates Design until full payment has been received. As we take great care to ensure goods are properly packaged before posting, we can not be held responsible for any damage to goods once they have left us.

None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
